The La Morra hazelnut
The hazelnut is one of the gastronomic excellences of the Langhe and has always been present in these hills as a traditional complement to the vineyards. The particular microclimate and mineral-rich soils provide ideal conditions for the growth of the Tonda Gentile Trilobata, a variety of hazelnut particularly appreciated for its sweetness, crunchiness and intense aroma.
Cultivated with the same care and respect for the environment that we reserve for our vineyards, our hazelnuts are available from the shop at the winery, giving visitors the chance to take home an authentic taste of the Langhe.
