Description: deep ruby red colour. Intense and crisp with black cherry and red berries surrounded by a slight spicy sensation, it is full and richly juicy in the mouth, well supported by a characteristic tannic vein. Expansive and persistent aftertaste.
Pairing suggestions: very good with cured meats, pasta dishes and white meat dishes.
