Description: Pale straw yellow in colour, with an intense yet delicate bouquet featuring smooth, spicy notes. Velvety but persistent on the palate: woody notes harmonise with the elegant floral notes characteristic of the grape variety of origin.
Pairings: Excellent alone, it pairs well with dried figs, prunes and dates, patisserie made with nuts, such as almonds and walnuts, and with extra dark chocolate. Unusual and surprising with mature cheeses.
