located in LaMorra, in the Rocchettevino cru’
Exposure: hilly, with solar exposure to the south-east, at 400 m. above sea level
Terrain: clayey-calcareous
Yield per hectar: 45 hl
Average age of vineyards: 15 years
Density/hectar: 4000 vines
Annual production: 3.000 0,75 l. bottles

Wine making: traditional method with maceration of the must on the skins for at least 18-20 days in fiberglass lined concrete vats.
Ageing: 24 months in 50 hl. Slavonia oak casks.
Alcohol content: 14,0 -14,5% by vol.
Acidity: 5,4 - 5,6 grams/liter
Longevity: 12-15 years

Tasting notes: bright ruby-red hue with light garnet reflections. Fruity notes perfectly blending in a flowery, spicy aroma make the wine extremely fine. Complex and clean in mouth, the wine shows a firm structure supported by a lively acidity that are well-integrated with the typical tannic sensations of Nebbiolo grapes. Long-lasting finish.

Gastronomic combinations: excellent with braised or roasted meat, game dishes and tasty cheese.
